Stock
All our products are available from stock. If this is not possible, you will be contacted directly after you place your order. Of course in this rare occurrence, we will usually have an alternative solution.
Shipment costs
The administration and shipment costs are £ 20,- for order under £ 200,- for the UK. Orders above £ 200,- will be delivered free of charge.
For other countries in Europe; order under € 450,- and the shipment costs will be € 45,-. Orders above this amount will be delivered freight paid.
Online payment
If you place an order online before 12:00, it will be despatched the same working day. You can expect the goods within 3 – 4 working days.
On account
The order needs to be accepted by 123envelope.com. When we do not accept your order you will be contacted the same day by customer services of 123envelope.com. If you receive no message to the contrary, your order will be accepted and despatched.

Delivery
The goods will be sent out by DHL. There should be someone who is present at the delivery address as a signature will be required.
Individual
Please pay online. Please fill out the delivery address with an address where someone is present during office hours who can receive the goods as a signature will be required. For example your company address.
Exchange
The delivered goods can be exchanged when agreed with customer services. You can return the goods on your own costs. When we receive the goods undamaged we will credit 90% of the goods value.
